Last Updated: March 4, 2026
🛡️ Our Commitment to Child Safety
PinRally has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

- Our service is not intended for anyone under 13
- Users must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement when creating an account
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Accounts found to be operated by users under 13 will be immediately terminated and associated data deleted
2. Zero Tolerance CSAE Policy
PinRally strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:
Absolutely Prohibited Content
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Sexualization of minors: Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or presents minors in a sexual manner
- Child grooming: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Child trafficking or exploitation: Content facilitating, promoting, or depicting child trafficking or sexual exploitation
- Inappropriate minor imagery: Non-sexual imagery of minors that is used in a sexually suggestive or exploitative context
- Sexual solicitation of minors: Any attempt to solicit sexual content from or engage in sexual conversation with minors
- Sextortion: Coercion or blackmail involving minors and sexual content
Additional Child Safety Violations
- Posting identifying information about minors (full names, addresses, schools, etc.)
- Sharing photos or videos of minors without explicit parental or guardian consent
- Creating content specifically designed to target or appeal to children under 17
- Using the platform to contact, communicate with, or meet minors inappropriately
- Promoting, glorifying, or normalizing child sexual abuse in any form
3. Detection and Prevention Measures
PinRally employs multiple layers of protection to prevent CSAE and protect children:
AI-Powered Content Moderation
- Pre-publication screening: Rally descriptions and profile information (display names and bios) are automatically reviewed by AI before appearing on the platform
- Image analysis: Profile photos and rally cover images are analyzed for prohibited content, including CSAM and inappropriate imagery
- Pattern detection: AI systems detect grooming patterns, inappropriate language, and predatory behavior indicators in moderated content
- Continuous improvement: Our AI models are regularly updated to detect new threats and evasion techniques
- Important limitation: Chat messages and images shared within chat conversations are not pre-moderated by AI to ensure real-time, lag-free communication. Users must report inappropriate chat content using in-app reporting tools.
User Reporting System
- Easy reporting: Users can report any message, image, video, or entire conversation with just a few taps
- Specific categories: Reports can be categorized to prioritize child safety concerns
- Anonymous reporting: Users can report violations without fear of retaliation
- Priority review: All child safety reports receive highest priority for immediate human review
Platform Design
- No direct messaging: PinRally does not support private one-on-one messaging between users, reducing opportunities for grooming and exploitation
- Location privacy: Users' real-time locations are never shared with other users
- Public conversations: All discussions are in group chat settings, increasing visibility and community oversight
- Transparent moderation: Clear community guidelines and enforcement policies are publicly available
4. Reporting Mechanisms
🚨 How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that endangers children, report it immediately.
