🚨 How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that endangers children, report it immediately.

In-App Reporting

  1. Report specific messages: Long-press any message to report inappropriate content or images
  2. Report entire topics: Use the "Report Topic" button in chat info (ℹ️) to report patterns of abuse
  3. Report users: Report user profiles that violate child safety policies
  4. Select "Child Safety" category: Prioritize your report by selecting the child safety option when reporting

PinRally takes immediate and severe action against any violations of child safety policies:

  1. Content removal: Violating content is immediately removed from the platform
  2. Account suspension: The offending account is immediately suspended pending investigation
  3. Permanent ban: Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination with no appeal
  4. Content preservation: Reported content is preserved before deletion to assist investigations
  5. Legal reporting: Suspected CSAM and exploitation are reported to:
    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
    • Appropriate law enforcement authorities
    • Relevant international agencies (INTERPOL, local authorities) as applicable
  6. Evidence preservation: All relevant data and metadata are preserved for law enforcement investigations
